I heard the following: "Humans tend to confuse true stillness with boredom. True stillness of the heart however is my gift to humanity. It is the love that holds everything together. It is the wisdom that is sought the world over. Come dear ones allow yourself to enter the heart of stillness and understand."  I became aware of so much sensory info, a waterfall of love, yet no movement. This is awesome.
