"Orbs are intelligent energy balls that you create with your own intentions and will always help you if you request it. They can assist us in our daily lives, with our energetic work and various situations in our lives.

The Orb of Life will then be placed above you and will saturate your being with its powerful energies.
This can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, so stay relaxed and receptive and sit like this for about 10 minutes. You don't have to make any effort to visualize yourself to picture the Orb, but most people experience it as a ball of light, often blue silver in color, floating above your head. Others see a bright white light or a gold colored sphere that radiates all the colors of the rainbow.

It's not a requirement to direct the Orb of Life or give it instructions. It floats above you continuously and gives you life energy. It's a source of energy that also automatically protects you from all the negative energy around you.
