Delivery Policy

Nothing is physically shipped

All of my offerings, sessions, activations, healings, attunements, readings, reports, and digital artwork, are delivered digitally or performed remotely. No physical items are posted, and no parcel will arrive. There are no shipping fees, delivery addresses, customs charges, or import duties involved in any order.

What you receive, and in what order

Delivery happens in two stages, and it is worth knowing this so that silence in your inbox doesn't worry you:

1. The session itself. After your order, I set a clear intention and direct the energies toward the recipient, usually the following day, or sooner. However, the exact timing is chosen for the strongest effect. The session is performed remotely and there is nothing to receive, download, or attend. You do not need to be present, awake, still, or doing anything in particular. Sleep, work, dance, meditate, the session's built-in integration mechanisms mean your activity will not affect it.

2. The report. Once the session is complete, I notify you and send a written report describing the energetic shifts that took place. This arrives by email, at the address you gave at checkout.

So the work is typically already done before anything lands in your inbox.

What I need from you

At checkout there is a personalization field. Please use it to provide:

• the recipient's full name
• any intentions, goals, or specific requests related to the session

This lets me align the session with what you actually want from it. If the field is left empty I will work with the information available, but the session is more precisely aimed when you fill it in. If I need something further before beginning, I will email you.

Timing

• Session performed: usually within one day of your order, but depends on when I  get a sign for the optimal timing and effectiveness.
• Report delivered: on completion of the session.
• If a specific product page gives a different timeframe, that one applies.
  

After delivery: the integration period

The report is not the end of the process. There is an integration period of roughly two weeks, during which the energies settle and harmonize. You do not need to do anything during this time, simply allow the work to unfold. It is normal for effects to emerge gradually rather than immediately, so please don't be concerned if you feel little right after the report arrives.

Ongoing support

Support is included with your order. You are welcome to contact me with questions about your session or your wider spiritual journey, and I will do my best to help.

Your email address

Delivery of your report depends entirely on the email address you enter at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If the address is wrong or inactive, I cannot deliver your report and may not be able to reach you.

If your report has not arrived

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. This is where most "missing" deliveries turn out to be.
2. Add [email protected] to your contacts so my messages arrive cleanly.
3. Still nothing? Contact me with your order number and I will resend it, at no charge.

If your order is far past the stated timeframe and you have not heard from me, please do get in touch, emails occasionally bounce or get filtered without either of us knowing.
