Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Who I am

This website, Blisstatic.com (the "Site"), is operated by Nick ("I", "me", "my").

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to every order you place. By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Nature of the services

I offer personalised spiritual sessions, activations, healings, attunements, readings, and written reports (together, the "Services"). The Services are intended for personal spiritual and energetic exploration only.

Not professional advice. The Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional care. I am not allowed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Nothing I provide should be relied on as a reason to start, stop, delay, or change any treatment, medication, or professional advice you are receiving.

Not for emergencies. The Services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your doctor or your local emergency number.

No guaranteed outcomes. Results vary from person to person. Many clients find the Services meaningful, but I am not allowed to guarantee any specific outcome, result, or metaphysical effect.

Your responsibility. You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions. You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.

4. Orders, prices and payment

An order becomes a binding contract once I send you an order confirmation by email.

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (including those shown at checkout); their own terms and privacy policies apply to the payment itself.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and [include / exclude] VAT where applicable. I try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but if an obvious error occurs (for example, a clearly incorrect price), I may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. I am not obliged to fulfil an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

I may refuse or cancel any order at my discretion — for example where I suspect fraud, where payment fails, or where I do not believe I can serve you appropriately. If I cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Services and reports are delivered digitally, by email or download, to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant product page. It is your responsibility to give a correct email address and to check your spam folder.

6. Your right of withdrawal

Consumer protection law in your country may give you a period after purchase — commonly 14 days — in which you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Where that applies to you, the following sets out how it works.

Waiver for services performed immediately. Because my Services are usually begun and delivered quickly, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request that I begin performance during the withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that once the Service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal. Where you have given that express consent and acknowledgement, and I have fully performed the Service, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Where you have not given that consent, or where I have not yet begun performance, you keep your full right of withdrawal.

Partial performance. If you withdraw after I have begun but not completed the work, and you expressly asked me to begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for what has already been performed.

How to withdraw. use the contact form on the website with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, or use the withdrawal link in the footer of this Site. I will confirm receipt and refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

My Refund Policy sets out further details and forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the Services — including digital artwork, written reports, text, images, and materials — is my intellectual property or is used under licence.

Materials I deliver to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense, or use them commercially, or create derivative works from them, without my prior written consent. You may keep and use them for yourself indefinitely.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site or the Services to break the law, to harass or abuse anyone, to transmit malware or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, to scrape or copy content in bulk, or to impersonate another person. I may suspend or refuse access to anyone who does.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms (for example Etsy, Substack, or social media). I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits my liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for intent or gross negligence on my part. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that:

  • I provide the Site and the Services with reasonable care and skill, but I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
  • I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income, data, or opportunity.
  • Where I am liable, my total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, please contact me first via the chat function or the contact form on my website. I aim to respond within 5 working days and to resolve complaints in good faith.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body available to consumers in your country. This does not affect your right to go to court.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you are habitually resident applies to you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under that law.

13. Force majeure

I am not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside my reasonable control, including illness, outages of hosting or payment providers, natural events, or acts of authorities. Where such an event prevents me from delivering a Service, I will contact you and, if delivery is no longer possible, refund you in full.

14. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. If I do not enforce a right under these Terms, that is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with my Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
